The only information we collect is information that you knowingly and willingly supply through e-mail, forms, mail, or phone conversations. Lively Cove LLC does not rent, sell, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third parties unless required by law.

We offer high quality Chateau cylindrical locks at a discounted price of $10 per lock to properly secure your unit.

In our 10+ years of business we have never had an incident with a customers unit being harmed in any way. We currently have security camera surveillance at our Marathon location, and it is coming soon to our other locations.

A security deposit equal to one months rent, or $100 if the monthly rent is less than $100 is due at the time of rental. Your security deposit will be refunded upon move out as long as the unit is left clean and free of damage.

Unfortunately, we do not offer climate controlled storage. However, in most cases climate controlled storage is not necessary as our units are dry and maintain a temperature similar to the outdoor climate.

In our larger units located in Marathon, small boat trailers and vehicles can fit inside the units. We do not offer outdoor vehicle or boat storage.

Yes, there is 24 hour access to all of our facilities.
